SHIPPING & RETURN
We offer a free standard shipping service on orders over £75.00. Orders below this will be charged £3.99 for standard shipping. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Delivery times during normal service is 2-3 days.
If you require the items urgently, an express shipping option is available at checkout for £8.99. We will prioritise all 'Express Shipping' orders. We aim to dispatch same day however cannot guarantee since this will depend on the size of the order. Express shipping delivery times during normal circumstances are next day after the date of dispatch.
We can provide global shipping. At checkout please select your delivery country and you will be provided with the shipping costs. For large orders over a certain weight will have to be shipped by freight. Please contact us if you are unable to checkout.

Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched will be dispatched on the next working day and orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on the second working day. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
COVID-19 - We endeavour to dispatch your order on time however due to delays across the country please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

If, for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us, stating the reason why and we will issue you with a unique RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) and full return instructions. Please send the item back to us in the original, unused condition and we’ll give a full refund – no questions asked. After receiving the return, we will review the items and provided the items are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund for the unused goods only, minus the original delivery fee.
If the item is provided with a tamper evident security seal (large volume items), we cannot accept the return for hygiene reasons if this is broken. Please thoroughly read all provided information on the listing and/or purchase a smaller volume for testing. If you have any queries about a product please contact us prior to placing an order.
